A dirty experience

The oceanfront view was lovely.

Unfortunately, we encountered dirty rooms and an unbearable smell throughout the hotel that diminished our stay.

The place was nice and fine and the staff were nice, the location was favourable close to everything. The room was fine and brand-new with an interior window that's a privacy issues. I greatly enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service. I came here for 7 nights and had a really great stay.

The personnel was courteous and affable.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel is located almost at the end of myrtle Beach, the way to Skywheel is almost 3km. Also the breakfast service in the room unfortunately did not work. We just didn't get our breakfast.

The staff was extremely helpful. I was able to print out our boarding passes from their office.

The parking facilities were far from the lobby.

The room we stayed in was oceanfront and great for the price. I also enjoy the resturant/bar and the breakfast areas. Everything you want is in the hotel.

The view from our room was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the oceanfront access during our stay. The kids had a blast at the pools, which was definitely the highlight of our trip. We faced a few issues, including a clogged toilet that required maintenance's help. Despite some challenges, the location was ideal for our family vacation.

The views from the balcony were excellent. Probably the only good thing about the Landmark.

The housekeeping staff was very lazy, not to mention quite rude. There was a stain in our tub for 2 days that we asked to have removed. The room is not very big at all, and we asked for one king size bed and got 2 double beds for just the two of us. The staff said their was nothing they could do.

The oceanfront views from my room were very nice, right on the beach. Room had everything like air conditioning, a microwave, and a balcony. Pools were decent too, with an indoor one and a hot tub. The fitness center was okay. Check-in was easy and staff was straightforward. Lots of entertainment options available.

Lot of activities on site. It was in a good location, access to everything in walking distance. They were close to beach access.

The amount of time it took to get to the parking garage from the hotel room. It was so confusing, the parking garage was not good. It was not easy for two cars to come in and out of the garage at the same time. The space was so tight and the parking spaces were tight.
